Today I made sheet pan Italian chicken. First start but quartering tomatoes and taking the ends off of the fresh green beans.
Then in a small bowl mix together about one cup of olive oil, a half cup of balsamic vinegar, garlic, and any herbs and spice you want. I used garlic powder and onion herb.
Pour a quarter of the mix in a bag containing the veggies…
…and the rest into a bag containing the chicken.
Let it marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours. Put the chicken, beans and tomatoes on a large sheet pan. By the way it doesn’t have to be this big. Just your average cookie sheet will do.

It tasted great and is super easy. I would totally make it again.
