Today I decided to make baked oatmeal to-go. These are super easy to make, you only need one bowl and one whisk. I am making these over the weekend so I can have them ready for school during the week.

First whisk together two eggs and canola oil in a large bowl. Then add this delicious homemade brown sugar.
When the sugar is dissolved, add apple sauce, milk, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Then whisk in the oats and the baking powder.
