All you need is four potatoes, lots of bacon, lots of cheese, (sharp cheddar and grated parmesan) chives, and Italian dressing. All measurements are up to you!
P.S: If you are wondering why the potatoes look pre-cut, I’ll explain.
First, cut the bottom of the potato off, so it will sit flat.
Then place two wooden spoons on either side of the potato and cut until the knife hits the spoon. Make sure not to cut all the way through the potato. Bake at 400 until almost done.
Once almost done place slices of cheese and the delicious bacon in all the little incisions.
Sprinkle with parmesan, chives, and drizzle with dressing.
Bake until cooked through and enjoy!
