This is another recipe from The Homemade Pantry cookbook and it’s super easy. The only ingredients are 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 3 large eggs!
I used the pasta roller from KitchenAid. It makes it super fast and easy and it is much faster than using a manual roller.
All you have to do once it’s rolled is let it dry for about 15 minutes before boiling. The cook time for homemade pasta is much shorter than boxed and the recipe is still super easy.
