Last Saturday I made one of my favorite things to make, homemade chocolate pudding! Pudding is rich and smooth, chocolaty and delicious. I think it’s my all time favorite dessert.
I made the chocolate pudding with 4 cups of milk, 1/3 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of cornstarch , 1/4 tsp of salt, and 6 oz (half a bag) of chocolate chips.
First I poured 3 cups of the milk, sugar, salt, and the chocolate chips into a medium pot and set it on medium/low heat.
Once all the chocolate was melted I added the cornstarch to the last remaining cup of milk and mixed it together. Then I poured it into the pot and turned the heat up to medium/high and stirred constantly until it boiled.
Who can ever have enough chocolate? Check out my ice cube tray chocolates recipe!
