WARNING: I sincerely apologize for the pun that is ahead.
What do you call it when you eat onions and beans? Tear gas. Hopefully this great onion ring recipe won’t give you gas, or make you cry. But go ahead and try it any way!
First start by cutting two medium sized yellow onions.
Then mix together 1 1/4 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. Coat the onion rings in this mixture.
Then add 1 cup milk and 1 egg to the remaining flour mix and dip the onion rings again.
Fry on 365 for 3-4 minutes.
Lay on a paper towel for 3-5 minutes and enjoy.
While you have your deep fryer out you can make some fried mac and cheese also!
