Today I made pasta salad. I have been busy the pasta- few days and have not been able to cook, but since pasta should always be part of your daily “rotini” here you go. PS sorry for the puns 🙂
First cook the pasta (well duh) and put it in a large bowl. Then whisk together a 1/2 cup of mayo, 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar, and 1/4 cup whole milk. Then add 2-3 teaspoons of adobo sauce. It’s really more like a paste but oh well.
Then add as many tomatoes as you would like to the pasta.
Add dressing a block of smoked gouda cubed and 24 basil leaves shredded.
Add salt and pepper to taste and there is the best pasta salad you will ever have.
