Today I made a tater-tot casserole.
All you need is 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of corn, 8 oz of sour cream, 1 cup of milk, LOTS OF CHEESE, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, 1 onion, ground beef and of course tater tots!
Add the onions and ground beef together. When the meat is no longer pink, add the rest of the ingredients. You can add more or less of the ingredients depending on what you like. I cooked the ingredients together for a few minutes.
Add the lovely frozen tater-tots in a single layer. I use a cast iron skillet so that I don’t have to change pans. If you are not, then put your casserole in a 9″ x 13″ baking dish and bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
In case you were wondering the casserole was “grate”. My dad said that the only problem was that he kept wanting MORE!
