I followed the recipe from the Monastery Kitchen, it looked delicious. There aren’t that many ingredients and it doesn’t take too much time. The hardest thing you have to do is press the button on the blender! The soup can served hot or cold but I ate mine hot.
The onions smell delicious while they are cooking!
Cook until the zucchinis are soft and then put in the blender.
Voila! It’s done!
